Belgom Black Convertible Top 500 ml

Belgom Black Convertible Top is a liquid product based on a special resin that renovates, waterproofs and recolours natural-fibre convertible tops black on classic and modern convertibles. It can also protect black textiles exposed to the weather, such as tarpaulins, tents and awnings.

How to use

  1. Clean the surface with Belgom Convertible Top Cleaner and let it dry.
  2. Protect the areas around the top to prevent product deposits on other vehicle parts.
  3. Shake the bottle vigorously for several minutes.
  4. Apply evenly in cross coats on a stretched top, using a wide soft brush or preferably a paint spray gun.
  5. Apply a second coat if necessary, allowing at least 6 hours between coats.
  6. Leave to dry for 2 to 3 days at a minimum temperature of 15°C before operating the top.

Compatibility

The manufacturer states that Belgom Black Convertible Top is intended only for natural-fibre canvas. It is not compatible with plastic or vinyl tops and must not be used below 5°C.
