Restom Rod 9520 is a set of two grease-based lapping pastes: one coarse-grain paste and one fine-grain paste.
Properties
The grease-based presentation provides high adhesion during use. It limits efficiency losses caused by slipping and allows easy cleaning without losing abrasive grain.
Application information
- coarse paste: surfacing a gasket face on marble or a thick glass plate, the first valve-lapping pass, polishing intake ports and rocker arms ;
- fine paste: the second valve-lapping pass, lapping a carburettor needle on its seat and fine mechanical polishing.
