There are 2 procedures depending on your reason for return:

- Return Request: you ordered a product by mistake, you received a product you did not order, you ordered too much compared to what you really needed, or you changed your mind and no longer want a product that you ordered. To make a return request, please fill out the form below.
- Warranty Request: the product has a malfunction (ex: does not work, does not mount, ...). To make a warranty request, go to this page.

Instructions to follow for the return request:

• You have a 14-day period from receipt of products to proceed with your exchange! This is the right of withdrawal and you can learn more about it on the public service site.

• Returned items incomplete (without label), damaged, damaged or dirtied by customers are not taken back. You cannot exchange personalized items (deco kit, license plate backgrounds, seat cover, flocked jersey, ...). The product(s) must be returned new, in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, and unused.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the error comes from him. In case there was an error on our part, the shipping costs to and from will be borne by Retro Design.

• Any product returned without prior sending of the return form will not necessarily be refunded or credited.

The case of incomplete or damaged packages during transport

Upon delivery, you must check your package by unpacking it fully in front of the delivery person even if the packaging is intact, and check the good condition of the product before accepting it. If the product is defective, you must imperatively refuse it, note this refusal on the delivery note and notify Retro Design as soon as possible. Only precise reservations (references of products, quantities and defects observed) are valid with transporters.

In case of acceptance of a damaged product, Retro Design cannot be held responsible for the damage caused during transport and can in no case refund you or take back the product. Any package accepted without any reservation will be considered delivered in conformity.
