If the part you ordered from us is defective (does not fit, does not work properly, etc.), you can make a warranty claim. The warranty claim allows us to have all the necessary information about your vehicle and the installation of the part in question. With all this information, we can contact our various suppliers to quickly resolve the issue. You may be asked for an invoice for the installation carried out by a professional at a later date. This request will be sent to you by email by our sales department.

Please adhere to these rules before filling out the form:

- Fill out one form per requested item.
- Unlike the return request, the warranty claim does not automatically require a return of the part. Therefore, only return the part if we ask you to do so.
- Your warranty claim must be made within the warranty period of the product (usually 24 months).
- You must absolutely attach one or more photos of the part and/or the installation.
