AUTOSEAL – 290 ml MS polymer adhesive sealant

AUTOSEAL is an MS polymer adhesive sealant identified on the product visual. It is intended for bodywork applications and for bonding or sealing automotive components.

Applications

• door-panel folded seams;
• wing seams and bodywork joints;
• seams smoothed or worked with a brush;
• bonding and sealing in bodywork and automotive construction;
• 290 ml cartridge, available in grey or white depending on the variant and supply.

Preparation and application

1. Apply to a clean, degreased and dry substrate.
2. Apply an even bead with a suitable cartridge gun.
3. Tool the joint if required with a suitable tool.
4. Respect the skin-formation time and overcoating conditions stated on the product sheet.

AutoSeal documentation states approximately 15 minutes skin formation at 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Test first on a less visible area and check compatibility with the substrates and paint system used.
