I. PERSONAL DATA

In general, you can visit the Technic Diffusion site without providing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are in no way obliged to transmit this information to Technic Diffusion.

Nevertheless, in case of refusal, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services such as the receipt of commercial offers, or the possibility of purchasing one of our products on the site. For this reason, Technic Diffusion may in some cases ask you to provide information:

- Registration: last name, first name, e-mail address, date of birth (not mandatory, allows you to receive commercial offers)

- Connection: e-mail address and password

- Request for a professional account: trade name, company name, VAT number, APE code (not required), Siret (not required), telephone number, fax number (not required), website (not required), email address, type of activity, postal address, last name, first name, job title, email address, telephone number + sending of a Kbis extract and a bank account number

- Request for a club account: member number, last name, first name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, club name, start and end date of validity, address/phone number/email address of the club manager + send a copy of the club card or receipt of the current year's membership fee

- Newsletter: e-mail address

- Order : postal address, phone number

By providing this information, you expressly agree to its processing by Technic Diffusion, for the purposes indicated in point 2 below. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament on April 14, 2016, and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, Technic Diffusion informs you of the following:

1. Purposes of the processing

Technic Diffusion is likely to process your Personal Information:

- to provide you with the information or services you have requested (in particular: sending the newsletter, processing orders); and/or

- for the purpose of contacting you regarding various Technic Diffusion events, including product updates and customer support.

Technic Diffusion is the sole recipient of your Personal Information.
